It’s that time once again folks; the Castrol Syntec Top Car Challenge is upon us and we’ve received a ton of response in our search for the perfect competitor. After going through the entries and looking for the best representation, we’ve decided that Ken Chitwood’s naturally aspirated S2000 would be the chosen one.
If you remember, last year we relied on Loi’s Song’s K-powered Civic CX, and against some very stiff competition, we finished in third place to the surprise of many. This year will be no different, as there is a boosted NSX, slick Supra, insane M3, and a big power Mustang that are looking to stomp our S2000 into submission. Just like 2009’s competition, the cost of our vehicle is quite low, and we’ll be relying on good ‘ol Honda reliability and the AP2’s stout handling to muscle its way against the competition. Wish us luck, and keep an eye out for more updates in upcoming issues of Honda Tuning Magazine.
